The Bestway Flowclear Sand Filter Pump is a great choice for keeping your above ground pools clean without additives or chemicals. The filter pump relies on a natural filtration system: water is pumped into a container of quartz sand, which absorbs impurities and particles to produce clean water. The ChemConnect chemical dispenser ensures clean, healthy pool water as the dispenser ensures a stable chlorine level, which is necessary for the correct chemical balance. The pre-filter with strainer is an additional mechanism that catches larger particles such as leaves, hair and debris. It also protects the impeller and helps your pump run more smoothly on an ongoing basis. This filter pump has a 6-way valve with multiple functions: filtering the pool water, closing (stopping the water flow), backwashing (to clean the sand bed), rinsing (for initial use, cleaning and leveling the sand bed), draining the water from the pool and circulating the pool water. The built-in timer allows you to set an automatic operating time. The upper hose clamp rotates 360° for quick and effortless installation. Note: Sand is not included.
